Anya specializes in vegan nutrition across the life span (pediatric to geriatric). An individual consultation consists of obtaining a diet history as well as establishing your health goals. Anya can provide services via email, phone, & Skype (or a combination of these). If you are in the Cleveland-area, Anya can also arrange to meet you in your home or a mutually decided location, such as a coffee shop. You will be asked to keep a 3-5 day food & exercise journal along with completing a New Client form. Please download this form, fill out all the information you can, (if you are filling it out on a computer) save your file, then email if back to Anya.
Are you and a few friends or family looking to make some health changes? Here is your chance to have your nutrition questions answered & receive advice on how to improve your current nutrition habits. This is not as in-depth as an individual consultation; however, it is an opportunity to get on track with the support of friends/family.
Do you find yourself at the grocery store unsure of what to look for when it comes to healthy options? Are you new to the vegan way of eating & have no idea where to start when shopping? A grocery store tour will allow you one-on-one time to ask questions about specific products. Anya will also guide you through the aisles & identify quality choices for your health needs.
